Style:

Every wedding is unique and for this reason it is important to have a clear vision and understanding of how photographs are created on the day.  I always choose to meet with clients in the weeks and months leading up to the wedding to discuss ideas and explore concepts in order to have a clear plan on the day and ensure that the focus remains on the wedding.

I incorporate both reportage and staged as styles of photography in my approach because I feel this provides a wider range of images created on the wedding day and also captures the spontaneity and natural beauty of the day.

Our first meeting will be all about you getting a better idea of who I am and if I am someone you can be around for eight hours on your wedding day.  Haha! Seriously, it’s an opportunity for you to view more of my work and I can explain face to face my philosophy behind wedding photography.

Bookings

If you would like to have me as your photographer on the day, I will set a preliminary booking for 1 week. During this time the deposit is paid and the booking is set in place. Once the booking is made I will lock the date in for you and not take on any other additional weddings for that date.  I believe that a wedding requires maximum focus from a photographer in order to create beautiful memories which last a lifetime.

Pre-wedding Shoot­

In the week leading up to the wedding we will meet on the estate to finalise the best locations for photographs. I will also give some guidelines about being in front of the camera which will help the couple to feel at ease on the wedding day when it comes to the photography. This all works together towards ensuring that the photographs have a fun and spontaneous look and feel on the Big Day.

When we meet at the estate it is also a chance for us to finalise the shoot schedule for the wedding.

The Wedding day

The focus will always be on the bride and groom.  As the photographer, it is my job to help you relax, have fun and enjoy your day, while at the same time working with you to capture beautiful images. I will also have a second photographer with me to capture the variety of angels and ensure that all the moments on the day are photographed

After the wedding

In the week after the wedding the online gallery is posted for you, family and friends to view.
